Ainsley Williams B.S.

Meet Ainsley,
Ainsley graduated from Purdue University in August 2026 with a Bachelor’s degree in Human Services and a minor in Sociology. Before joining The Cherish Center, she worked as a substitute teacher at The Children’s Habitat in Indianapolis and served at Bazbeaux Pizza in Carmel. After completing an internship with The Cherish Center in the summer of 2026, Ainsley joined the Cherish team full-time. She enjoys the collaborative environment at Cherish and is passionate about making a positive impact in the lives of others and in her community.
Outside of work, Ainsley enjoys relaxing in her hammock, spending time with family, friends, and her cat, Ladybird, and doing different arts and crafts projects.

If you could have any animal, real or mythical, as a pet, what would it be?
A unicorn!
Random fun fact about myself:
I’ve been a vegetarian since 2020. Although I’m technically a pescatarian because I do occasionally eat seafood.
What would you want your superpower to be:
I would want to talk to animals or be able to read people’s minds.
