REFERRAL FOR FORENSIC INTERVIEW

 Referrals must originate from DCS, Law Enforcement, or the Prosecutor’s Office.

If you suspect that a child is being abused or neglected, call the hotline at 1-800-800-5556.

Referral Steps for Forensic Interviewing through Cherish : 

  1. Call Cherish at 317-773-3275 to schedule your appointment.

  2. Use the Referral Form for Forensic Interview button.

  3. Input all known information about the client.

  4. Please include the non-offending caregiver’s phone number so that we can do a pre-call.

  5. Submit your referral.
